Cute little vegan peanut butter cookie footballs!
The recipe for the cookies was found here, and is delightful!
A double recipe made 40 mini footballs that I laced with melted semi-sweet chocolate (that sounded like a drug reference…. which I guess is appropriate due to the addictive nature of these cookies).
