Amurica Day Eats Three (and Best of the Blogs): S’more Bites

Party hit, y’all. Partay hit. This recipe from Sweet Pea’s Kitchen was more than well received on the 4th, we city dwellers miss our s’mores! Thank you Christina!

I mixed mine up a bit (and made them lactose free friendly) by not using the milk chocolate and adding 2 tablespoons peanut butter to the semi-sweet chocolate before dipping them. I also used mini marshmallows instead of the large ones, they fit perfectly (but probably didn’t make for the big sandwiches you see on her blog)! Scroll on for the stats!
